The gist of what this does is, you install it, and whatever state your PC was in when you installed, it

will never change, until you either deactivate HDGuard or apply the changes you’ve done since last

reboot. Viruses, people mucking about on your computer, installing programs, ANYTHING gets TOTALLY

undone on a reboot, instantly. There is no pausing or waiting around during the reboot, the file which

contains all changes is simply erased. You can give users adminsistrator priveleges and HDGuard will

still be unable to be disabled thanks to its own built in protection mechnasims. Windows Safe Mode is

STILL fully protected! This really is an amazing program.

Instead of backing up windows by creating a complete hard disk image, HDGUARD memorizes all changes a user or Windows performs.

The advantage of this concept is HDGUARD requires only very little memory and hard disk space.

Furthermore HDGUARD will start with zero disk usage after each reboot. This way a protected PC always boots up fast and reliable, even after thousands of boot/reboot cycles.

*Please be aware that the patcher for this program is flagged as a trojan by NOD32 on my machine. Instructions:
1. Unpack and Install
2. Apply patch.exe after putting it in the install dir of HDGuard
3. Put HDGUARD.SER in the root of the installed hard drive, i.e. C:\hdguard.ser
4. On the enter serial portion of HDGuard press F12 to import the serial, and register
5. Activate and reboot and HDGuard is protecting your PC for good
